Oxurion reçoit une notification de modification de son actionnariat
Oxurion NV, société basée à Louvain (Belgique), a annoncé le 10 juin 2026 avoir reçu une notification de transparence conformément à la législation belge. Cette notification, reçue le 9 juin 2026 de la part d'Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC, fait état d'une diminution de sa participation sous le seuil de 15 %.
Au 5 juin 2026, Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC détenait 14 310 803 actions sur un total de 111 049 581 actions en circulation d'Oxurion. Cette modification de sa participation résulte de la vente de titres donnant droit de vote.
