Oxurion reçoit une notification de transparence de la part d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Oxurion NV, société basée à Louvain, a annoncé avoir reçu une notification de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. En date du 16 octobre 2025, Atlas détenait 10.713.161 actions, soit plus de 15% des actions en circulation, franchissant ainsi un seuil réglementaire.
Cette opération est conforme à la législation belge sur la transparence, qui oblige les entreprises à déclarer certaines transactions affectant le capital. Oxurion, cotée sur Euronext Bruxelles, est spécialisée dans l'acquisition de participations majoritaires dans des sous-traitants européens du secteur pharmaceutique.
