Oxurion Increases Capital Following Convertible Bond Conversion

Oxurion NV has announced a capital increase of EUR 100,000 following the conversion of four convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. This development is part of a broader EUR 20 million capital commitment by Atlas to support Oxurion's efforts in developing innovative therapeutics aimed at preserving vision among the elderly. The market opportunity for these treatments is estimated between USD 3-6 billion.
With the issuance of 1,521,372 new ordinary shares, Oxurion's total share count has increased to 6,156,035. This figure will now serve as the basis for calculating shareholding percentages. The company's share capital stands at EUR 85,656,161.32.
The conversion is linked to convertible bonds issued on various dates between 2023 and 2025, which entitle holders to subscribe to ordinary shares under specific terms.
