Oxurion Increases Voting Shares Following Conversion
Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC has converted 4 convertible bonds of Oxurion, leading to a capital increase of EUR 100,000. This transaction is part of Atlas's EUR 20 million Capital Commitment. As a result, Oxurion issued 18,592,918 new ordinary shares on March 16, 2026, raising the total to 88,691,312 shares carrying voting rights, up from 70,098,394.
These changes adhere to the Belgian Act of May 2, 2007, on major participations disclosure. The updated share capital stands at EUR 87,056,161.32. Atlas retains the right to convert bonds and subscribe to voting shares under the Subscription Agreement updated until March 2026.
This issuance aligns with Oxurion's commitment to expanding its capital structure through strategic partnerships, potentially affecting shareholder percentages.
