Oxurion receives transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, Belgium – On May 29, 2026, Oxurion NV announced that it had received two transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC, in accordance with Belgian transparency legislation. As of May 27, 2026, Atlas held 515,805 shares out of the 88,691,312 outstanding shares, thus falling below the 3% threshold following the sale of voting shares.

On May 28, 2026, a new notification revealed that Atlas then held 21,925,975 shares out of the 111,049,581 existing shares, this time exceeding the 15% threshold through the purchase of voting shares. These movements indicate an active portfolio management strategy by Atlas.
