Paprec takes control of PIZZORNO Environnement

On June 9, 2026, Paprec acquired 30.64% of the shares of PIZZORNO Environnement, thus gaining control of the company with 50.64% of the capital. The Pizzorno-Devalle family still holds 21.18% of the shares, remaining a key strategic partner. This acquisition is a continuation of the partnership initiated in 2021 between the two groups.

A new agreement formalizes the collaboration between the parties, modifying the composition of the Board of Directors. Mathieu Petithuguenin becomes Chairman, while Magali Devalle becomes Vice-Chairwoman and Frédéric Devalle retains his position as Chief Executive Officer. A Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be appointed through Paprec.

Paprec will soon file a draft simplified public tender offer for the remaining shares. This transaction, supported by both parties, will not result in a mandatory delisting of the shares.
