Paragon and Subsidiaries File for Bankruptcy Amid Unmet Financial Obligations
Paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA, along with paragon electronic GmbH and paragon movasys GmbH, have filed for bankruptcy following a breach of financial commitments by investor Tejascore Techsystems Inc. The insolvency filing affects 552 employees across multiple locations in Germany.
Tejascore's failure to deliver €12 million in contracted funding has left Paragon unable to meet supplier commitments. Despite being profitable with a solid order backlog, the company now faces financial instability due to the investor's unfulfilled promises.
The missed financial support relates to a term sheet agreed upon in June 2026. Paragon's auditor, KPMG, is pending finalization of the 2025 financial statements, contingent on these missing funds. The investor's inability to raise money through expected channels has led to suspicions of fraud.
