Stock price chart of PAREF (EPA:PAR) showing fluctuations.

PAREF's half-year report for 2026 reveals key strategic adjustments in response to ongoing market headwinds. The Group's assets under management dropped to €2.9 billion, a decrease of 5.1% since the end of 2025. Despite this downturn, rental income surged by 23.8%, reaching €3.3 million. This was largely attributable to the signing of a new lease on the Tempo asset, indicating robust asset management skills.

Assets managed for institutional and retail investors also saw a decline, down by 5.2% to €2.8 billion. However, management fees increased slightly to €8.3 million, buoyed by new mandates in Germany. The financial occupancy rate improved to 78.2% as of June 30, 2026, signaling enhanced operational efficiency.

PAREF also reported an improving interest coverage ratio, which stood at 1.64x, surpassing the set threshold. Strategically, the Group secured new management mandates in Munich and maintained its "Excellent" category status in Décideurs Magazine's 2026 SCPI ranking. Governance changes included the appointment of Takuya Yamada as Interim Chairman and CEO.
