Partners Group Teams Up with Deutsche Bank for Private Markets Fund

Partners Group has been appointed as the strategic partner and portfolio manager for Deutsche Bank's inaugural evergreen private markets fund. Launching in collaboration with DWS, the fund is set to be available in the third quarter of 2025. It seeks to provide qualified private clients across the European Economic Area and Switzerland with access to private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate.

The fund will operate under the European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) 2.0 regulation. This format allows more flexibility with regular entry and exit options, making private markets more accessible. Partners Group, known for innovative portfolio solutions since 2001, will manage a diversified portfolio aimed at creating long-term value.
