PASSAT: Number of Voting Rights as of October 31, 2025
PASSAT, a public limited company with a share capital of €2,100,000, has published figures relating to its shares and voting rights. As of October 31, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 4,200,000.
The theoretical number of voting rights is 5,926,494, while the number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of shares without voting rights, is 5,643,299. These figures comply with the provisions of Article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
PASSAT has its registered office located in St Germain en Laye, and is registered under number 342 721 107 with the RCS of Versailles.
