Pathfinder Ventures Inc. Closes First Tranche of Private Placement

Pathfinder Ventures Inc., listed on TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker RV, has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement. The company issued 14,329,120 units at $0.05 per unit, generating gross proceeds of $716,456. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, allowing for the purchase of an additional share at $0.10 within 36 months.

The company paid finder's fees of $50,151.92 and distributed 1,003,038 finder’s warrants, mirroring the terms of the purchase warrants. Proceeds will support working capital and growth in modular housing and RV resort communities. Issued securities have a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

Pathfinder plans to extend the placement by 30 days, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
