Heritage & Commerce: Update of voting rights and shares

On June 2, 2026, Patrimoine & Commerce announced figures relating to the number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of May 31, 2026, the company had 16,284,789 shares. Theoretical voting rights amounted to 28,037,946, while exercisable voting rights totaled 28,012,764. Theoretical voting rights include shares without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
