Consultation procedures for the General Meeting of Patrimoine & Commerce
Patrimoine & Commerce has announced the procedures for making documents available for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for February 11, 2026. This meeting will be held at the company's headquarters in Paris. Shareholders are invited to attend at 2:00 p.m. The notice containing the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales obligatoires (BALO) on January 5, 2026.
The documents relating to the General Meeting are available online on the company's website. They can also be consulted at the registered office. Registered shareholders may request these documents electronically up to five days before the event, in accordance with Articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code.
