First-Half 2026 Results for Patrimoine & Commerce
Patrimoine & Commerce reported its first-half 2026 financial results, revealing a gross rental income increase to €30.3 million, up 5.6% from the previous year. Despite this growth, the group share of net profit decreased by 12%, reaching €10.6 million.
The asset portfolio is valued at €930 million, with a Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio stable at 42.8%. The net asset value per share declined by 4.8%, standing at €29.87. The company maintained a high financial occupancy rate of 95.6% and achieved a rent collection rate of 99%.
The net cost of debt rose to €8.1 million, with 84% of it hedged against interest rate fluctuations. The funds from operations remained stable at €16.2 million.
Investments focused on existing assets, and the firm executed asset rotation through property disposals totalling €4.2 million. The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend distribution of €1.40 per share, equating to a 4.7% yield on NAV.
