Growth in Gross Rents for Real Estate and Commerce in the 3rd Quarter of 2026

Patrimoine & Commerce announces a 5.0% increase in gross rents, reaching €45.4 million for the first nine months of 2026. This increase is primarily due to changes in the scope of consolidation, with overall consolidation adding €2.4 million. On a like-for-like basis, rents remain stable, reflecting low rent indexation.

In parallel, the company continued its strategy of rotating non-strategic assets by selling two properties for €1.9 million. Éric Duval, manager and founder, emphasizes the robustness of Patrimoine & Commerce's model and plans to strengthen its position in the low-cost retail park market in France.
