Heritage & Commerce: Update on shares and voting rights

Patrimoine & Commerce has published an update regarding the total number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of January 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 15,874,953 shares. Theoretical voting rights amounted to 27,623,806, while exercisable voting rights totaled 27,610,106. Theoretical voting rights include all shares, including those without voting rights.

Patrimoine & Commerce, listed on Euronext Paris, owns a real estate portfolio of over 560,000 m², primarily in retail parks. The company continues to develop and operate its assets, thus fostering its growth.
