Paymetrex and AnywhereCommerce Strengthen Strategic Partnership
DataMetrex AI Limited has announced a Technology Licensing Agreement between its subsidiary Paymetrex Payment Solutions Inc. and AnywhereCommerce Inc., effective since December 17, 2025. This agreement grants Paymetrex access to AnywhereCommerce's extensive suite of payment products, enhancing its existing proprietary technology. The expanded offering aims to provide a full range of payment solutions, including credit, debit, and cryptocurrency processing, under the YuzuPay™ brand.
Paymetrex plans to market these solutions directly to merchants and collaborate with Independent Software Vendors and Sales Organizations. The company owns ten patents that support its payment solutions and intends to file new patents using Quantum Computing technology for payment security. This partnership is expected to leverage AnywhereCommerce's 20 million deployed payment devices and newly expanded crypto-settlement capabilities to enhance Paymetrex's offerings.
