Datametrex AI Limited announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary, Paymetrex Payment Solutions Inc., and Pelent Patent Analytics. This collaboration aims to enhance Paymetrex's patent licensing and monetization program using Pelent's proprietary AI technology. The integration, effective from February 13, 2026, will improve Paymetrex's ability to identify high-value licensing targets and optimize its intellectual property portfolio.

Pelent AI, built on real-world licensing data, focuses on identifying commercially viable patent assets. This system, distinct from conventional platforms reliant on public data, evaluates patents from a commercial perspective, improving Paymetrex's strategy in patent monetization.

The agreement includes monthly services and an Evidence of Use fee structure with an initial four-month term. This move aligns with Paymetrex's recent licensing program launch and strengthens its position in the patent market.
