Pegasus Resources Inc. Schedules Shareholder Meeting for April
Pegasus Resources Inc., based in Vancouver, will conduct its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on April 29, 2026. The meeting will take place at 1200 - 750 West Pender Street, Vancouver. Shareholders will vote on several items, including the arrangement transaction with Aero Energy Limited. The company fixed March 20, 2026, as the record date for shareholders eligible to vote.
Pegasus terminated its previous letter of intent with Urano Energy Corp. for a proposed business combination. Subsequently, they delayed the annual meeting to include the approval process for the new transaction with Aero Energy. The TSX Venture Exchange granted an extension to facilitate this combined meeting.
