Pentixapharm Holding AG Adjusts 2026 Earnings Forecast Amid PANDA Study Timeline Change
Pentixapharm Holding AG has revised its earnings guidance for 2026, now projecting a net loss of approximately EUR 13 million, down from the previously estimated EUR 21.6 million. This adjustment stems from cost deferrals, reductions, and changes in amortization.
The PANDA Phase 3 study first-patient enrollment is now set for the first quarter of 2027, delayed from the second half of 2026. This shift results in about EUR 3 million in deferred expenses to 2027. Additionally, lower personnel and interest expenses contribute to a EUR 2 million cost reduction.
Pentixapharm expects no significant impact on the study's timeline due to these adjustments. The company anticipates its financial resources will sustain operations into 2028, despite a non-cash effect of approximately EUR 3.7 million from the elimination of scheduled amortization of intangible assets.
