With over 20 years of leadership in technology across various industries, Fernandes brings experience from roles at Xero, Publicis Sapient, and more. This strategic hiring aligns with Pepperstone's ambition to create a comprehensive fintech ecosystem, which will include crypto services and enhanced client experiences through personalized technology.
Fernandes will lead global engineering and architecture efforts from Pepperstone's headquarters in Melbourne, reporting directly to Group CEO Tamas Szabo.
