Pernod Ricard experienced slight organic net sales growth of 0.1% in the third quarter of FY26, although reported figures showed a decline of 14.6%. Year-to-date, the company faced a 4.4% drop in organic net sales, further exacerbated by unfavorable foreign exchange impacts. Despite contractions in key markets like the US and China, other regions showed resilience, particularly in Emerging Markets and increased growth in several Mature Markets.

The Americas encountered an overall decline, notably with a 12% drop in the US market. Conversely, Canada and Brazil showed robust performance. In Asia, India recorded double-digit growth driven by strong demand, while China faced ongoing challenges. Europe posted a minor organic growth, bolstered by Easter season sales.

The company's outlook for FY26 remains cautious, forecasting a 3% to 4% decline in organic net sales. Pernod Ricard continues to focus on increasing brand desirability and cost efficiency, aiming for significant cash conversion and operational efficiencies by fiscal year-end.
