The American company Massachusetts Financial Services Company announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of Pernod Ricard's share capital. This event, which occurred on April 10, 2025, was communicated via a letter received on April 14, 2025. The entity now holds 12,909,864 Pernod Ricard shares, representing 5.12% of the share capital and 4.26% of the voting rights. This crossing is the result of an acquisition on the market.
Massachusetts Financial Services acts on behalf of clients and funds. Although controlled by Toronto-listed Sun Life Financial, it claims to operate independently. These actions are in accordance with the applicable rules of the Commercial Code and General Regulations.
