Petrofac Limited Announces Board Changes

Petrofac Limited has announced that Non-executive Director Sara Akbar will step down from the Board on January 31, 2025. Akbar joined the company in 2018 and has contributed significantly, especially during Petrofac's recent strategic and financial review.

Chair René Médori praised Akbar for her dedication and highlighted the company's comprehensive financial restructuring announced in December as a pivotal moment facilitated by Akbar's contributions.

The Board has updated its committee memberships: René Médori leads the Nominations Committee, David Davies the Audit Committee, Matthias Bichsel the Compliance & Ethics and Remuneration Committees, while Aidan de Brunner chairs the Special Committee.
