Peugeot Invest: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published an update on the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority). The company, headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is listed on Eurolist Compartment B.

As of February 28, 2026, the total number of shares outstanding stood at 24,922,589, unchanged from the previous month. The gross total number of voting rights increased from 45,024,250 to 45,026,499. In net terms, the number of voting rights increased slightly, from 44,913,406 to 44,915,329.

Peugeot Invest requires a statutory statement to declare any change exceeding 2% of the capital or voting rights, as well as for any crossing of the 1% threshold.
