Peugeot Invest: Update on shares and voting rights

Peugeot Invest has published a statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with the requirements of the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulation. As of April 30, 2025, the total number of shares remains unchanged at 24,922,589. The total gross number of voting rights is 45,009,270, while the total net number of voting rights is 44,896,598.

The company reiterates the presence in its articles of association of a mandatory reporting clause in the event of threshold crossings. Any excess of 2% of the capital or voting rights, as well as any crossing of a threshold of 1% or its multiples, must be declared.
