Statement from Peugeot Invest: Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has released its latest figures for shares and voting rights. As of October 31, 2026, the total number of shares stood at 24,922,589, unchanged from September 30, 2026. Regarding voting rights, the gross total amounted to 45,058,373, a slight decrease since the end of September 2026. The net total number of voting rights adjusted slightly to 44,960,208 for the same period, after subtracting shares without voting rights.

The company requires mandatory reporting when thresholds are crossed. Any increase of more than 2% of the share capital or voting rights must be reported, as well as each 1% threshold reached or crossed, whether upwards or downwards. This measure aims to maintain greater transparency in the company's governance.
