PFISTERER Holding SE Reports Substantial First-Half Revenue Growth

PFISTERER Holding SE announced a notable increase in revenue and earnings for the first half of 2026. The group's revenue surged by 20.2% to EUR 256.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA saw a disproportionate rise to EUR 52.4 million, with HVA and OHL segments as major contributors. The EBITDA margin improved to 20.4%, compared to 18.5% in 2025, while net income rose by 75.9% to EUR 38.3 million.

In Q2 2026, PFISTERER achieved a record revenue of EUR 129.8 million. The order backlog reached EUR 340.3 million, exceeding the previous year's figures. Europe & Africa were pivotal, driving revenue up to EUR 140.3 million. Concurrently, PFISTERER is expanding its operations, notably through a new HVDC center in Winterbach and increased production in Germany, the U.S., and Czech Republic.

The company remains on track to outpace global market growth, as affirmed by its Executive Board. It is focusing on expanding capacity, investing in technology, and enhancing its international presence.
