Photon Energy NV Postpones Annual Report 2025 Publication
Photon Energy N.V. announced a delay in the publication of its Annual Report and audited financial statements for 2025. Initially set for 31 July 2026, the date was moved to 30 September 2026, linked to preparations for a key bondholders' meeting.
The meeting aimed to propose changes to the EUR Green Bond 2021/2027, especially financial covenants. However, procedural objections and the need for more analysis led to its termination on 1 September 2026.
Consequently, more time is needed to finalize the audit and report. Photon Energy is working on a revised timeline and plans to announce it soon. Meanwhile, preliminary financial data for 2025 remains accessible, with updates provided if necessary.
