Photon Energy NV Postpones Green Bond Coupon Payment

Photon Energy NV has announced a postponement of its quarterly coupon payment for its Green Bond 6.5% 2021/2027, initially due on 23 May 2026. The payment, amounting to EUR 1,282,450, has been delayed as the company undergoes internal restructuring. This decision is part of an effort to evaluate liquidity and stabilize the company's financial position.

The company is actively preparing a comprehensive plan to maintain long-term value for stakeholders, including bondholders. Photon Energy plans to convene a bondholders' meeting under the German Bond Act to propose amendments to the bond terms. This meeting will allow bondholders to vote on proposed resolutions.
