Bajaj Mobility AG 2025 Financial Report: A Year of Turnaround and Motorsport Success
Bajaj Mobility AG, formerly known as PIERER Mobility AG, has reported a successful financial recovery for 2025. After an intensive year of restructuring, the company saw operational stabilization and a strong performance in motorsports.
In 2025, Bajaj Mobility AG increased retail sales by 60% in the second half, achieving revenues of EUR 1.009 billion with a sales volume of 209,704 units. The company also reported an EBITDA of EUR 874 million and a net profit of EUR 590 million. Their equity ratio improved to 24.3%, while net debt was reduced to EUR 798 million. Refinancing efforts included securing a EUR 550 million loan from an international consortium, which replaced a higher-interest loan.
