Piotr Dziergas Appointed COO of STEICO SE
On September 16, 2026, STEICO SE's Administrative Board announced the appointment of Piotr Dziergas as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Dziergas will fulfill this role for a term of three years, leading the Production Resort. Prior to this, he served as the plant manager at STEICO’s largest facility in Czarnków, Poland, since 2024.
Dziergas holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and brings years of management experience within the wood-processing industry. Under his leadership, significant improvements in production efficiency have been noted at STEICO's Czarnków plant.
He succeeds Thorsten Leicht, who became CEO in August. The Administrative Board expresses confidence in Dziergas' potential to enhance production efficiency further and extends its best wishes for his success in this new position.
