Exceptional advance payment and contract renewals at PIZZORNO

PIZZORNO Environnement has decided to pay an exceptional interim dividend of €3.75 per share for the 2025 financial year. This decision follows the settlement of Moroccan receivables, strengthening the Group's cash position. Payment of this interim dividend will begin on November 20, 2025, after the ex-dividend date and the closing date of November 18 and 19, respectively.

In addition, the company renewed two significant contracts in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. First, the waste collection contract for Valence Romans Agglo, covering 50 municipalities, is worth €3 million over five years. An anomaly detection system using onboard cameras will be implemented to improve sorting. Second, the contract with the Communauté de communes du Pays de l'Ozon, worth €5 million over seven years, will be fulfilled using a fleet of CNG-powered vehicles.
