PIZZORNO Environnement's Half-Yearly Review of Liquidity Contract
As of June 30, 2026, the PIZZORNO Environnement liquidity contract, managed by TP ICAP (Europe), had a balance of 5,917 shares and €142,684.25 in cash. During the first half of 2026, a total of 1,203 shares were purchased for €68,448.60 through 27 transactions, and 56 shares were sold for €3,273.20 through 16 transactions.
In comparison, as of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account contained 4,770 securities and €208,297.28. When the contract was established in March 2019, the initial assets comprised 8,224 securities and €87,807.04.
TP ICAP (Europe) operates under the supervision of the ACPR and the AMF, guaranteeing compliance with financial regulations. This effective management of the liquidity contract demonstrates stability in operations.
