PJX Resources Secures $6.3 Million for Exploration in British Columbia

PJX Resources Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement amounting to $6.3 million, allowing the company to enhance exploration activities for critical metals and gold. The initiative focuses on the Dewdney Trail and Zinger properties, located within the historical Sullivan Mining District in southeastern British Columbia.

An initial 4,000-meter drilling program on the Dewdney Trail Property aims to explore a potential Sullivan-style Sedimentary Exhalative (Sedex) deposit, while on the Zinger Property, preparations for drilling a potential Reduced Intrusion Related Gold System (RIRGS) are underway. The raised funds will predominantly support these exploration efforts, in anticipation of discovering new mineral sources.

The private placement, involving various unit types such as "Flow Through" and "Charity Flow-through," saw different subscription prices. Notably, the critical-metal flow-through units were priced at $0.18. The transaction awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and is expected to significantly advance PJX’s strategic targets in these mineral-rich regions.
