OPmobility Announces 1.03% Share Capital Reduction
On December 11th, 2024, the Board of Directors of OPmobility SE approved a reduction in the company's share capital. This decision involves the cancellation of 1,500,000 treasury shares, equating to 1.03% of the total share capital.
The reduction is set to finalize on January 29th, 2025. Following this, OPmobility SE's share count will decrease from 145,522,153 to 144,022,153 ordinary shares. Each share holds a par value of €0.06, leading to a total share capital of €8,641,329.18.
As a result of this operation, Burelle SA, the holding company, will see an increase in its control over OPmobility, rising from 60.01% to 60.63%. This strategic move aligns with OPmobility's commitment to enhance shareholder value.
