OPmobility's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update
On June 30, 2026, OPmobility provided updates on its liquidity contract, managed by Kepler Cheuvreux for its shares on Euronext Paris. As of this date, the company reduced allocated means by €1.5 million. This adjustment left the contract with 145,724 shares and €2,615,190.70 in cash.
During the first half of 2026, transactions totaled 3,956 acquisitions and 4,407 sales. The purchase volume amounted to 1,062,300 shares worth €16,329,245.49, while the sale volume reached 1,195,826 shares valued at €18,942,906.40. This activity compares with the year-end 2025 liquidity account, which held 279,250 shares and €1,481,940.70 in cash, with significant trading activity during that period as well.
These operations are executed under the AMF decision n°2021-01, ensuring compliance with accepted market practices.
