Réorganisation stratégique chez OPmobility
OPmobility a annoncé une refonte de son Comité de Direction pour stimuler la transformation du Groupe. Christian Kopp dirigera le nouveau Business Group "Exterior & Lighting" à partir du 1er février 2025. Ce groupe intégrera 59 usines et 26 000 collaborateurs dans 18 pays, visant une offre extérieure innovante pour répondre à la demande croissante. Gérald Mentil, auparavant Vice-Président Exécutif, devient Directeur de la Performance pour booster l'efficacité opérationnelle du groupe.
Hélène Dantoine rejoint comme Vice-Présidente Exécutive et Directrice de la Conformité, succédant à Valérie Bros. Rodolphe Lapillonne, après 23 ans, prendra sa retraite le 31 mars 2025. Cette réorganisation n’affectera pas le reporting financier.
