PNE Revises 2026 Financial Guidance Amid Industry Challenges
PNE AG has announced a revision of its financial guidance for the fiscal year 2026. The company now forecasts consolidated EBITDA to range between EUR 60 million and EUR 75 million, while normalised EBITDA is expected between EUR 65 million and EUR 80 million. This is a significant reduction from the previous guidance, which anticipated consolidated EBITDA between EUR 90 million and EUR 120 million and normalised EBITDA between EUR 110 million and EUR 140 million.
The adjustment comes as PNE faces a challenging industry environment. Particularly, the completion and disposal of wind farm projects are expected to delay some earnings until 2027. Additionally, PNE plans to retain certain operational wind farms within its own portfolio, impacting immediate financial outcomes.
