PNE Sells Sundern-Allendorf Wind Farm to Encavis

PNE AG has sold its Sundern-Allendorf wind farm project to Encavis AG. The ongoing construction will culminate in a facility with an output of 34 MW, capable of powering 22,800 households with renewable energy. This transaction underscores PNE's commitment to enhancing renewable energy infrastructure, aligning with Encavis' strategy to strengthen its wind energy portfolio.

The construction of the five wind turbines commenced in August 2024, with completion expected in the first half of 2026. Encavis' acquisition supports its goal of achieving a balanced energy mix, further expanding its capacity in Germany by 160 MW over the past ten months, signaling a robust renewable energy strategy.
