Polaris Renewable Energy Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid
Toronto-based Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. has announced the renewal of its normal course issuer bid (NCIB), approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company plans to purchase up to 2,029,745 common shares, roughly 10% of the public float, during the period from August 25, 2025, to August 24, 2026. Initially, the board restricts this to a maximum of 176,125 shares.
The initiative aims to leverage available cash to enhance shareholder value. Purchases will be made at prevailing market prices through the TSX and other Canadian trading systems. Despite intentions to buy back shares, the company does not guarantee completion of purchases.
An automatic share purchase plan has been established with a designated broker to cover blackout periods, effective August 25, 2025. The plan complies with Canadian securities laws and has received TSX approval.
