Polaris Renewable Energy Postpones Annual Shareholder Meeting

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc., based in Toronto, announced the postponement of its annual shareholder meeting. Originally set for June 18, 2026, it will now occur on June 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Toronto time. The meeting will remain in a virtual-only format via a webcast.

The delay is due to not reaching the necessary quorum of 50.1% shareholder votes. Polaris urges those who haven't voted to do so by June 25th. Despite the change in schedule, the meeting agenda remains unchanged. Shareholders will review the 2025 financial statements, elect directors, and reappoint auditors.

The Corporation emphasizes that previously submitted proxies remain valid. Proxies can be submitted up to 24 hours before the new meeting date. Further details and materials are available on SEDAR+ and the Polaris website.
