Polaris Renewable Energy Reports Q4 and Annual 2025 Results

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. reported its financial results for 2025. Energy production for the year reached 810,731 MWh, up from 764,756 MWh in 2024. The company generated $80.5 million in revenue, an increase driven by the acquisition of Punta Lima Wind Farm.

The company's Adjusted EBITDA grew to $56.5 million from $55.0 million in 2024. However, it reported a net loss of $2.7 million, partly due to debt optimization efforts.

Polaris advanced its portfolio with new projects, including a battery energy storage system in Puerto Rico. The company settled several credit facilities early, leveraging its green bonds strategy to reduce borrowing costs.

Despite challenges, Polaris maintained dividend payouts, distributing $12.6 million in 2025. Looking ahead, the company focuses on disciplined capital allocation and operational reliability.
