PolyPeptide Group Expands Malmö Production Facility

PolyPeptide Group AG is set to double its production capacity at the Malmö site. This expansion targets solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), with construction already underway. The company plans to invest around EUR 100 million and create approximately 100 new jobs. This initiative is part of a larger strategy to fulfill key commercial agreements and bolster growth, aiming to double 2023 revenue by 2028. A modular approach will enhance flexibility and ensure high utilization while speeding up the time to market. The expansion will deepen PolyPeptide's collaboration with a significant GLP-1 customer.
