Postponement of the publication of MyHotelMatch's annual results
MyHotelMatch announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts for the 2023 financial year as well as its annual financial report, initially scheduled for April 30, 2024. The new deadline is set for June 30, 2024. This decision, taken by the Board of Directors and auditors, aims to guarantee the accuracy and conformity of financial and operational information for the past year.
This postponement also affects the date of the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, for which the company requested an extension to the Antibes Commercial Court on April 24, 2024.
