European company Showroomprivé has announced the postponement of its general meeting, originally scheduled for June 25, 2025. This postponement is due to the late availability of the 2024 universal registration document, which includes the annual financial report. This decision follows a previous press release citing a decline in business volume in the first quarter of 2025 and a partial acquisition of The Bradery.

Assets such as goodwill and deferred taxes require strategic reassessment. Showroomprivé has announced that a request will be filed to extend the deadline for holding its general meeting. The company plans to provide an update on the progress of its financial statements and the new meeting date at a later date.
