Changes in voting rights for POUJOULAT as of March 31, 2026

POUJOULAT has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2026. The share capital remains comprised of 7,836,000 shares. Voting rights are divided into exercisable and theoretical rights. These amount to 12,939,072 and 12,951,554 respectively as of March 31, 2026.

The number of theoretical voting rights, also known as gross voting rights, is used to calculate threshold crossings. It includes all shares, including those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
