Poujoulat General Meeting: Sending of Documents to Shareholders
Poujoulat has issued a press release regarding the submission of documents and information for its Annual General Meeting. This meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at the ATRIUM in Granzay-Gript.
Shareholders, whether they hold registered or bearer shares, are invited to request the documents in accordance with Article R 225-83 of the French Commercial Code. Holders of bearer shares must provide a registration certificate to receive this information.
