AmeriTrust Financial Technologies Inc., une entreprise de technologie financière spécialisée dans le financement automobile, a annoncé la démission immédiate de Steven Lee de son conseil d'administration. M. Lee, qui siégeait également au comité d'audit, a démissionné pour raisons de santé.
Jeff Morgan, PDG d'AmeriTrust, a exprimé sa gratitude envers Lee pour ses années de service, soulignant ses contributions essentielles et son soutien indéfectible à la mission et à l'avenir de l'entreprise. Morgan a reconnu que Lee croyait au potentiel d'AmeriTrust malgré son départ.
L'entreprise prévoit de revoir la composition de son conseil d'administration et de fournir des mises à jour sur les nominations futures, le cas échéant.
