P&P Group Transforms Nuremberg Office Building into Residential Flats
P&P Group has begun converting a former office building in Nuremberg's city center into residential flats. The project at Steinbühler Strasse will produce 112 flats, comprising 80 small units and 32 larger ones, totaling over 4,000 square meters of living space. An underground car park with 37 spaces adds a valuable feature to the property. Sales to investors and owner-occupiers start in February, with initial move-ins projected by the end of 2025.
Christoph Langfritz, CIO of P&P Group, highlights the firm's expertise in restructuring projects, emphasizing energy efficiency and contemporary design. The Bavarian project's location promises excellent transport links and proximity to amenities, enhancing its appeal.
This initiative is part of P&P's broader strategy to repurpose commercially used spaces, as previously demonstrated in Fürth. The Nuremberg and Fürth projects illustrate effective urban revitalization through adaptive reuse of office spaces.
